This position is ideal for professionals who already have some hands-on experience and wish to deepen their knowledge by directly contributing to the stability and evolution of real-world applications. **Expected Profile** * Ability to understand and navigate existing (legacy) code * Strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills * Investigative attitude and sense of responsibility toward production environments * Genuine interest in technology and continuous learning **Requirements** * Minimum ~1 year of development experience * Proficiency in C\# / .NET and relational databases * Ability to explain and demonstrate previously developed projects * Solid programming logic **Responsibilities** * Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on existing systems * Conduct code analysis, issue identification, and debugging * Provide advanced technical support (Level 3) * Investigate and resolve production issues, identifying root causes * Propose and implement improvements targeting performance, stability, and reliability * Design and monitor observability and monitoring mechanisms * Adopt a preventive approach—anticipating problems and reducing incidents * Continuously improve screens, workflows, and user experience **Technologies and Environment** * Backend: .NET / C\# * Frontend: Razor, JavaScript (Vanilla and jQuery) * Relational database (e.g., SQL Server) * Coexistence of legacy and modern systems * Part of the system under modernization using React \+ .NET APIs **Knowledge of programming fundamentals, including:** * Basic data structures and algorithms * Applied logical reasoning * Ability to perform step-by-step analysis (desk checking) * Understanding of memory management concepts (e.g., references, pointers, or equivalent conceptual models) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in system maintenance or technical support (Level 2/Level 3) * Relevant personal projects (GitHub, freelance work, applied studies) * Familiarity with observability concepts (logs, metrics, monitoring) * Exposure to system modernization or API development **Work Model** * Primarily remote work * Occasional in-person meetings, such as company events, strategic alignments, or other specific needs * Meetings are not recurring, but availability for participation when required is essential
