Job Summary: The FP&A Supervisor will serve as the regional FP&A lead for LATAM, responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Then join our team as: **Supervisor FP\&A** ==================== **Job Mission** ------------------- Serve as the regional FP\&A lead for LATAM, leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis—with a focus on delivering financial visibility, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines and compliance. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Consolidate the annual budget, forecast, and medium/long-term strategic plan for the LATAM region. * Analyze variances between Actual vs. Budget/Forecast, identifying risks, opportunities, and performance drivers. * Prepare management reports, executive presentations, and financial dashboards for local and global leaders. * Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decisions (e.g., investments, product launches, cost reduction initiatives). * Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure data consistency, aligned assumptions, and accurate forecasts. * Serve as the focal point for internal and external audits related to regional financial planning. * Automate and improve FP\&A processes and tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Anaplan, advanced Excel). * Ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial governance standards when preparing analyses and reports. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/FP\&A/Financial Planning/Controlling. * Minimum 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience (people management and/or process coordination). * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Strong analytical capability, clear communication skills, and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders (local and global). * **Intermediate/advanced Spanish and/or English.** **Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)** ---------------------------------------- * Postgraduate degree in Controlling, Finance, or related fields. * Experience in multinational corporations and multi-country environments (LATAM). * Hands-on experience with Anaplan (or other planning tools) and/or FP\&A automation projects. **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Strategic vision and results orientation * Proactivity and prioritization ability * Sense of urgency and high-quality execution * Attention to detail with critical thinking * Collaboration and cultural adaptability (regional/global environment) **What is your chance?** You will be part of a dynamic and challenging working environment characterised by flat hierarchies and open and constructive cooperation.
