Experience in civil construction is a plus Job Description: Position: Tower Assembly Assistant for Power Transmission – CPFL Energia Construction Projects Type: Permanent employment Residing in the region of São José do Rio Pardo, Campinas, or Araraquara is a plus. We have construction projects across various cities in the state of São Paulo. Travel availability and accommodation during assignments are required. Work Schedule: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * 5x2 schedule: For candidates residing in the project city or with easy access. * 21x2 schedule: For candidates residing elsewhere in São Paulo state, farther from project sites. Desired Profile: Must reside in the regions of Campinas, Araraquara, or São José do Rio Pardo. Completed elementary education; Travel availability and willingness to stay accommodated are required. Must be comfortable working at heights. Experience in civil construction activities (any role within the field). Will serve as an assistant to the tower assembly team; professional development training will be provided.
