Hands-on profile with autonomy and ownership mindset We are seeking an HR Analyst to work in a generalist capacity, with a focus on **organization, process improvement, and HR function development**. The role is strategic for the company and will play an important part in the **evolution of people management**, support for leadership, and strengthening of organizational culture. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage HR routines (hiring, termination, payroll, benefits, and time tracking – with accounting support, if applicable) * Structure and improve HR and Personnel Department processes * Support leaders in people management (feedback, conflict resolution, development) * Develop and monitor KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, performance) * Implement and track action plans for improvement * Support recruitment and selection processes * Reinforce practices aligned with the quality management system (ISO 9001\) * Support initiatives related to culture, organizational climate, and internal communication **PROFILE WE SEEK** * Hands-on profile with autonomy and ownership mindset * Strong communication skills and firm yet balanced demeanor * Organizational skills and ability to structure processes * Ability to operate effectively across both operational and strategic levels * Experience in an industrial environment is a significant advantage **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience as a generalist HR professional * Knowledge of Personnel Department routines * Experience with KPIs and process management * Completed bachelor's degree (Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields) Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Education allowance * Company mobile phone * Partner discounts and commercial agreements * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
