If you identify with our story, come join our team! **Your responsibilities will be:** * Analyze reports issued by sales staff and customers regarding machine and cutting process problems; * Conduct and accompany technical visits, identifying potential customer issues and suggesting preventive and corrective actions; * Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on Band Saw and Circular Saw machines at customer sites, replacing parts, adjusting programs, aligning tooling, among others; * Carry out technical delivery of machines, providing operational training to customers; * Prepare repair estimates for machines and/or parts for customers; * Provide technical support to customers to ensure correct use of sold products; * Assess the need for machine part replacements and inform customers accordingly; * Train and guide team members, customers, and suppliers; * Comply with company vehicle usage policies; * Submit reports to the finance department and account for travel expenses; * Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace; * Perform other activities as requested and directed by your immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Valid CNH B driver's license; * Availability for travel; * Completed or currently pursuing technical or higher education in mechanical field.
