Process Analyst

Job Summary: Technical support professional for analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and documentation management. Key Highlights: 1. Production process optimization and continuous improvement. 2. Development and management of technical process documentation. 3. Investigation of non-conformities and management of corrective actions. **Requirements:** --------------- * Technical, technological, or higher education degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in a manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Experience in time study and methods engineering (chronocycle analysis). * Knowledge of dimensional control of parts. * Experience investigating non-conformities and out-of-specification products, including defining and managing corrective actions. * Experience assembling samples and prototypes. * Familiarity with process evaluation criteria: Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement. * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles. * Knowledge of technical process documentation management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Preferred: Intermediate or advanced Excel skills, including automated spreadsheet development and data analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Provide technical support to resolve manufacturing process and quality issues. * Conduct production process analyses, proposing improvements and optimizations. * Develop performance charts, indicators, and automated control spreadsheets. * Prepare technical PowerPoint presentations related to indicators, analyses, and improvement actions. * Perform time and motion studies (chronocycle analysis) to improve productivity. * Assist in defining and standardizing production operations and processes. * Develop and review process flowcharts. * Research and evaluate industrial tools, fixtures, and equipment. * Monitor execution of planned production and project-related tasks. * Manage process changes and implementation of new production processes. * Participate in production-related project analysis and approval (Design Review). * Prepare technical reports on tests and processes. * Develop and manage technical documentation for manufacturing processes. * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement. * Collaborate with operational teams and support departments to ensure alignment and implementation of improvements. **Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:24** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Life Insurance * TotalPass * Birthday Day Off * Union Profit Sharing (PLR) * On-site Meal * Bradesco Health Insurance (50% monthly co-payment) * Transportation Allowance (VT) or Fuel Allowance (R$300/month) * Meal Voucher (R$174.10/month) * Dental Insurance
