We are looking for a Procurement Analyst with an analytical and strategic profile and strong negotiation skills to manage suppliers, control costs, and optimize procurement processes—ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and optimal cost-effectiveness for the company.
**Main Responsibilities:**
– Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchase closing with suppliers.
– Develop and qualify new suppliers.
– Analyze costs, delivery timelines, and commercial terms.
– Issue and track purchase orders through final delivery.
– Manage contracts and ensure compliance with clauses and deadlines.
– Prepare performance reports and KPIs for the procurement area.
– Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes.
– Support inventory control and replenishment planning.
**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
– Prior experience in procurement.
– Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel.
– Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills.
– Organized, strategic profile with excellent communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience managing contracts and strategic suppliers.
– Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
– Experience in KPI analysis and cost reduction initiatives.
