Teamwork and adherence to safety regulations **Job Description/Summary of Responsibilities:** Assist masons in all construction site activities, performing support tasks including material preparation and transportation, site cleaning and organization, support in structures, formwork, hardware, cladding, and other related tasks, always observing occupational safety regulations (NR-18, NR-35, and mandatory use of PPE). **Required Competencies and Qualifications:** \- Completion of elementary education preferred. \- Basic knowledge of painting; \- Knowledge of gray area work; \- Basic knowledge of block laying; \- Discipline, courtesy, organization, teamwork, and adherence to safety regulations; \- Ability to transport materials, work in a construction site environment, physical stamina, and willingness to work. **Base Salary:** \-To be negotiated based on experience or R$ 2,200.00 **Benefits Offered:** \- Lunch provided by the company at no cost to the employee; \- Transportation allowance (VT) at no cost to the employee; \- Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack covered via meal voucher or provided on-site.
