




Job Summary: Professional responsible for financial management, HR, procurement, and compliance, with a focus on resource optimization and supervision of administrative routines. Ensuring tax and legal compliance. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Financial Management and Controllership * Daily cash flow management and control, as well as short-, medium-, and long-term projections. * Rigorous preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and variance analysis. * Strategic negotiation with banking institutions, suppliers, and customers to optimize working capital. * Management of complex financial operations: foreign exchange, hedging, investments, insurance, and financing (BNDES/FINAME). Human Resources and People Management * Accountability for time development, establishing clear KPIs and performance targets. * Supervision of HR Department routines: payroll, statutory contributions, hiring, and terminations. * Implementation of feedback policies and succession plans to ensure departmental autonomy. Procurement and Administration * Strategic supply chain management, ensuring operational dredging supply while focusing on cost reduction. * Supervision of Reception and other general services, maintaining company organization and institutional image. * Direct interface with IT and Occupational Safety departments for operational support. Compliance, Tax, and Legal * Ensuring integrity of the chart of accounts and correct collection of state and federal taxes. * Monitoring service contracts, loan agreements, and corporate minutes. * Supporting the legal department in administrative proceedings and regulatory compliance.### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, or Accounting Sciences. Knowledge of tax/fiscal and administrative/financial areas.
