Job Summary: The professional will manage and monitor contracts with service providers for waste and environmental management, ensuring compliance and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of management reports and performance indicators * **Job Description:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. * **Desired Academic Qualification:** Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Management. * **Basic Requirements:** Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, intermediate English (able to handle basic sentences), Driver's License Category B and driving experience, prior experience in waste management. * **Main Responsibilities and Activities for this Role:** Manage and monitor service provider contracts related to waste and environmental management, ensuring compliance with internal standards and applicable legislation; Plan and monitor the execution of operational waste activities, proposing action plans for process optimization and goal achievement; Serve as the focal point for contractual and operational matters with suppliers, internal departments, and regulatory agencies; Prepare management reports, presentations, and performance indicators, focusing on control, critical analysis, and continuous improvement; Lead quotation, negotiation, and procurement processes for environmental services, ensuring optimal cost-benefit ratios and adherence to legal and technical requirements; Maintain and organize records, licenses, registrations, and documentation required by environmental agencies; Participate in meetings with clients and subcontractors related to the scope of work.
