Strategic vision and results orientation * Supervise the accounting team, ensuring productivity, technical quality, and team development; * Ensure accurate accounting entries for companies under Real Profit (trade and services), Presumed Profit, and Simples Nacional regimes; * Review accounting reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial information; * Monitor, review, and submit ancillary obligations, such as ECD, ECF, SPED Contábil, among others; * Monitor system configuration and accounting closing in the Domínio system; * Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions aligned with management; * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting and tax legislation, ensuring regulatory compliance. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; Proven experience managing accounting teams in accounting firms; Technical proficiency in all three tax regimes, with strong emphasis on Real Profit (trade and services); Knowledge of the Domínio system (journal entries, configuration, reports, and closings); Solid experience in preparing, reviewing, and delivering ancillary obligations; Analytical ability to interpret financial statements and management reports; Leadership profile focused on organization, results orientation, and strategic vision.
