Gardening experience is valued **Responsibilities:** Perform cleaning and sanitization of common areas within the facility; Clean restrooms, hallways, storerooms, administrative areas, laboratories, and locker rooms; Carry out cleaning of production areas and equipment; Perform gardening tasks; Maintain the company's conservation, organization, and cleanliness. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education; Minimum 1 year of experience in this role; Gardening experience (mandatory); High school diploma and occupational health and safety training are desirable. **Benefits**: Salary: R$ 2.306,08 Meal Allowance: R$ 410.00 (no payroll deduction) Fuel Allowance: R$ 300.00 (no payroll deduction) On-site cafeteria Coffee break Day Off after 90 days of probation **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (1-hour break) Compensation: R$2.000,00 – R$2.306,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
