**Job Description:** Receive commercial inquiries via phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and social media. Provide in\-store customer service. Carry out sales and maintenance processes. Control CRM and customer and architect relationship activities. Manage and execute the company's social media. Provide online social media support, directing inquiries to the sales analyst. Develop and implement branding initiatives. Liaise with communication agencies. Send payment information to clients and to the Financial Assistant. Assist in sending quotes or purchase orders via WhatsApp or e\-mail to customers. Communicate maintenance and/or scheduling requests, as well as supplier product demands, to the Procurement department. Organize store product catalogs and samples. Keep data records up to date, produce sales analyses, and report to the Store Manager. **Requirements:** Experience in sales/marketing; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong oral and written communication skills; knowledge of social media and experience with CRM.
