




Job Summary: Work as an Administrative Assistant, performing customer service, organizing files and documents, assisting the finance and management departments, and managing spreadsheets. Assistance in financial and management activities **Administrative Assistant** Main responsibilities include: * Telephone and in-person customer service; * File organization (e.g., registration forms, admission medical exams); * Receiving and organizing documents and correspondence; * Assisting the finance department with invoice control; * Document typing; * Sending invoices to the Head Office Finance Department; * Preparing and completing internal benefit control spreadsheets (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, dental insurance); * Managing admission and periodic medical exams; * Monthly control of time cards; * Assisting management with assigned tasks. Work in the department issuing accounts payable reports, entering invoices, inputting data into financial spreadsheets, assisting the billing team in sending Service Orders, among other duties. Proficiency in computerized spreadsheets is essential. Requirements: Reside in Camaçari; Excel knowledge; Driver's license (Category B); Proactivity; Organization.
