Description: Senior Planning Engineer Job Mission * Responsible for monitoring Shutdowns and Maintenance Investments, ensuring that the planning workflow is followed, aiming to control and meet Planning indicators, acting as a facilitator for Maintenance Planners. Responsibilities and Duties * Ensure reliability of Routine Planning processes for the area and equipment, providing guidance to Planning Technicians; * Be responsible for Shutdown and Maintenance Investment Planning; * Convene and coordinate critical analysis meetings for Shutdowns and Maintenance Investments; * Ensure compliance with standardization and workflow of activities performed by Planners; * Technically analyze maintenance order reports carried out by Intervention Technicians and propose improvement actions based on received recommendations; * Interface internally with Procurement, Inspection, Safety, Environment, Operations, and Reliability Engineering; * Technically and administratively supervise service contracts within their area; * Support budgetary control of Shutdowns and Maintenance Investments; * Technically evaluate the performance of the team under their responsibility; * Act to ensure compliance with Safety procedures; * Ensure balance between planned man-hours in preventive maintenance vs. actual availability; * Audit 5 orders from weekly planning (current week: s); * Integrate Planning disciplines with Execution Maintenance and Operations; * Other duties inherent to the position. Required Academic Qualification * Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering. Mandatory Requirements and Qualifications * Experience in large-scale companies within Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical, Paper and Pulp sectors; * Consolidated expertise in Shutdown Planning. Desired Competencies * Intermediate English; * Experience leading field maintenance contracts; * Knowledge of tools/methodologies for quantitative and qualitative analysis of maintenance reliability.
