Raise the bar through code reviews, mentoring, and process improvements We are looking for a senior\-level **React Engineer** to own critical frontend experiences, collaborate closely with product and design teams, and help scale a high\-growth platform to millions of users. **What you’ll do:** * Design, build, and ship high\-performance, responsive web UIs * Partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to translate user needs into elegant product experiences * Plan and execute short\- and long\-term roadmaps, balancing user impact, technical quality, and delivery speed * Raise the bar through code reviews, mentoring, and improvements to our tooling and processes Requirements: **Must\-have expertise:** * **Next.js** (the web app is built with Next.js) * **Monorepos** using **Yarn Workspaces** or **Nx** * **Tailwind CSS** (the primary design system) **** **Technical requirements:** * 5\+ years of professional software development experience * 5\+ years of experience with **React** and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, React Router) * Strong proficiency in J**avaScript (ES6/ES7\)** and **TypeScript** * Deep knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and accessibility (a11y) best practices * Hands\-on experience with modern build tooling and package managers (Vite, esbuild, Yarn) * Experience with server\-side rendering and Next.js, plus working knowledge of Node.js * Comfortable with Git workflows and agile methodologies * Experience with Storybook ******Nice to have** * Experience with monorepo release management and internal package versioning * Familiarity with performance profiling, Web Vitals, and SEO in Next.js * Experience with E2E testing (Playwright/Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines * Experience building data\-heavy, real\-time applications
