Key day-to-day responsibilities:* Lead technical efforts and develop systems, components, and applications for different platforms by coding programs according to provided technical documentation, adhering to established development standards (Design Patterns) and FIT technical guidelines to meet specified requirements within the technical scope of the solution. * Modify programs and/or system routines by changing processing logic, code, and other elements to correct defects and/or accommodate system changes and new requirements. * Perform unit testing in a development environment to verify that programs execute correctly according to specifications and meet performance standards. * Correct defects identified during solution testing to comply with software quality processes. * Create supplementary documentation such as "helps", operation instructions, or consistency adjustment guidelines. * Recommend and/or implement new software development procedures as needed, describing methods and operational steps in a standardized sequence according to the quality assurance system to drive continuous improvement. * Identify emerging methodologies, technological standards, and innovative solutions representing state-of-the-art software development through related research, participation in discussion forums, and engagement with business partners, to foster the development of new technical competencies based on advanced software testing methodologies. * Act as a knowledge multiplier, providing technical support to peers. * Perform other related or inherent activities associated with work procedures. The experience we are looking for in our team:* Bachelor's degree completed in Data Processing, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or other Computer Science or Information Technology fields. * Programming and Systems Logic; Object-Oriented Programming. * Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, DOS, among others) and Mobile Operating Systems (Android and/or Windows Phone and/or iOS). * Internet (WEB) and Mobile environments - Operation and Development. * Communication technologies (protocols, networks, infrastructure). * Programming languages for Embedded, Mobile, Web, or Desktop platforms (Back End: Nestjs 11.1.0, Prisma 6.4.1, Typescript 5.7.3 and Node 22. Front End: Next.js: 15.1.7, React: 19.0.0, React DOM: 19.0.0. Material-UI (MUI): 7.1.1, Sass/SCSS: 1.89.0.
