We are looking for a **Senior Test Analyst** to ensure application quality, with a strong focus on **test automation**, continuous integration, and collaboration with Product and Development teams in an agile environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, develop, and maintain **automated tests** using **Cypress** with **JavaScript/TypeScript** * Ensure coverage of **functional, regression, and integration tests** * Execute, analyze, and report on **performance, load, and stress tests**, identifying risks and bottlenecks * Integrate test automation into **CI/CD pipelines** (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar) * Contribute to defining **testing strategies and acceptance criteria**, in partnership with Product and Development teams * Investigate failures, log, track, and validate defect fixes in issue-tracking tools (e.g., **Azure Boards**) * Promote **quality best practices** in agile environments, such as **BDD** and refinement sessions guided by clear acceptance criteria * Collaborate on **code reviews**, focusing on automated tests and code quality * Monitor and analyze **quality metrics**, such as test flakiness, defect rate, and test suite execution time **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with **Cypress** and **JavaScript/TypeScript** * Knowledge of **automated testing strategies** (UI, API, and regression) * Experience with **performance and load testing tools** (JMeter, k6, Locust, or similar) * Experience with **Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)** * Experience with **Git** and version control * Knowledge of **BDD** (Gherkin, Cucumber) * Familiarity with **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) * **Willingness to work onsite once per week** at the **Cidade Jardim – SP** office **Additional Information** **Why Work at Multisoftware:** **** Working at Multisoftware is a unique opportunity to join a leading technology company in the transportation and logistics sector.
