Control work orders and manufacturing orders, ensuring accurate data entry. Monitor and report production targets and performance indicators such as efficiency, productivity, OEE, losses, and utilization. Verify material, semi-finished goods, and finished goods movements across production departments. Assist team leaders and supervisors in analyzing root causes of production deviations. Manage in-process inventory (WIP), making adjustments as needed. Consolidate daily production reports and submit them to responsible departments such as PCP, Quality, and Management. Promote standardization and compliance of records, ensuring data accuracy. Comply with and promote Occupational Safety practices, 5S, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
