We are seeking a **Maître** to lead our dining room team and guarantee outstanding end-to-end service. Your Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise waitstaff and assistants. * Organize dining room flow and table allocation. * Resolve issues swiftly and professionally. * Train and develop the team. * Collaborate closely with the kitchen to maintain seamless service. What We Are Looking For: * Proven experience as a Maître, dining room leader, or head waiter. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and professional demeanor. * Focus on results and customer satisfaction. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in mid- to high-end restaurants. * Knowledge of wines and food-and-wine pairing. * Education in Gastronomy or Hospitality.
