Plan team activities, allocate resources, and prioritize demands. Support resolution of operational issues, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service levels. Oversee implementation of continuous improvements in logistics processes and warehouse routines. Interface with internal departments and partners to align volumes, demands, and goals.
