If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and update MPS and finished goods inventory balances in the system. * Monitor, record, and validate material and product surplus, ensuring appropriate disposition and reuse in accordance with company guidelines. * Monitor internal material movements, requesting and guiding forklift operators on correct allocation of products and materials in inventory. * Issue, verify, and track movement orders, ensuring alignment with production planning and internal logistics. * Participate in the development and execution of cyclic inventories for productive inventory (F1\), contributing to record accuracy. * Analyze discrepancies and support identification of root causes and corrective actions for inventory variances. * Serve as the liaison between production planning, production area, and internal logistics, ensuring timely and organized fulfillment of material supply and distribution needs. * Perform postings, adjustments, and queries in the SAP ERP system related to inventory, production orders, movements, and consumption records. * Maintain updated supplementary controls and spreadsheets supporting operations and decision-making. * Ensure compliance with Quality Management System procedures, work instructions and procedures, Occupational Safety regulations, and the company’s Code of Ethics. * Monitor daily occupancy and movements in the 48h warehouse (Q1\), ensuring smooth flow of finished goods received from production. * Conduct physical and systemic inventory and management of items stored in Q1, ensuring alignment with system records. * Daily follow-up with the logistics team on pending stock issuances (pulls) and execution of scheduled movements. * Monitor and expedite product release with Quality and Development teams, ensuring stalled items are moved promptly. * Regularly report items with prolonged dwell time in Q1, maintaining continuous tracking and collaborating with responsible areas for their disposition or release. * Proactively act to maximize availability of open aisles in Q1, optimizing warehouse capacity and preventing production bottlenecks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a degree; * PCP course—Production Planning and Control; * Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Knowledge of the SAP system (preferred); **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) With nearly half a century in the market, **Valgroup** has established itself as a reference in plastic production, conversion, and recycling, with strategically located facilities across Brazil and worldwide.
