Job Summary: A professional responsible for maintaining section organization, knowing the menu, ensuring high-quality customer service, and contributing to store profitability through qualified sales. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the section 2. Guarantee the quality of customer service and products 3. Contribute to the store's profitability and smooth operation * Ensure cleanliness and organization of your section at the beginning and end of each shift, and assist in cleaning other store sections when requested by Leadership. * Know the menu, dish composition, product codes, and promotional campaigns, seeking regular updates from Leadership to ensure consistent high-quality customer service standards. * Maintain customer relationships according to established quality standards to help increase the store's transaction counts (TCs). * Contribute to store profitability through qualified and suggestive sales to customers. * Minimize customer complaints through excellent service and by ensuring product quality delivered to customers; report any potential irregularities to Leadership. * Ensure adequate stock levels on display counters during shifts so that products and utensils are sufficiently available, guaranteeing daily section preparation, assembly, and efficient customer service. * Ensure all equipment used is in good condition and functioning properly; report to Leadership any need for maintenance or replacement. * Assist all departments when requested by Leadership to ensure smooth store operations. **Minimum Education:** High School (Secondary Education) Transportation Allowance
