Job Summary: This professional will analyze, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, developing work instructions and training teams to achieve productive improvements and quality control. Development of work instructions and team training **Job Description** * Analyze and introduce simple modifications to manufacturing processes, verifying the use of equipment, materials, and labor through studies related to time, layout, labor, equipment, facilities, rational workflow, and other factors, in order to resolve existing issues and optimize production and quality control methods. * Implement, monitor, and validate improvements in production processes. * Develop work instructions (WI) for production lines. * Train production line staff according to documented production process procedures. * Conduct time study analyses, balance production lines, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements. **Job Requirements** * Advanced Excel * AutoCAD or similar software * Lean Manufacturing * Intermediate English * Completed Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Languages: * English (Intermediate)
