PlayMais is your place.** **We are looking for an FTTH Network Technician** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install and maintain optical fibers, FTTx, GPON, and network infrastructure; * Configure equipment and perform Internet connectivity tests; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to keep the optical fiber network available per SLA; * Record all service requests in the ticketing system; * Ensure customer success and handle specific service requirements; * Report operational failures and qualitative/quantitative performance indicators; **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Ability to work in teams and at heights. * Desired education: Completed or ongoing High School (Secondary Education); * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B. **The following qualifications are considered advantageous:** * Experience in telecommunications or related services. **Additional Information** **What else you need to know:** * Working hours follow standard business hours, with on-call duty or hour compensation arrangements. * This is an on-site position located in Manaus \- therefore, candidates must reside in the area of operation. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; * Training opportunities and career growth; * Transportation Allowance.
