Resolve conflicts and foster a productive work environment **JOB: Operations Supervisor** As an Operations Supervisor I, you will be responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and logistical support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our facilities and our customers' satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and logistical support teams to ensure all assigned tasks are performed in accordance with company guidelines and standards. * Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and guide staff in daily routines. * Address conflicts and promote a productive and safe work environment. * Plan work schedules, shift rotations, and time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage across all areas and working periods. * Maintain appropriate stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, initiating replenishment when necessary. * Handle any complaints or issues related to cleaning services, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree * Proven experience as a Cleaning Operations Supervisor or in a similar role. * Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively manage available resources. * Technical knowledge of cleaning materials, techniques, and equipment. * Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve problems efficiently. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Experience in **industrial settings or shopping malls** is preferred and considered a plus. **Benefits Offered** * Rotating 5-day workweek (5x2) * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM * On-site meal * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Dental plan * Psychosocial support (Acolher).
