This is what makes Konecranes a unique place to work.* We are seeking a Service Electromechanic II whose mission will be to coordinate and execute field equipment assembly activities in accordance with project specifications, aiming to meet pre-established delivery deadlines, costs, and quality standards. Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic adjustments of machines/equipment to maintain them in optimal operating condition. Job Description * Execute the agreed-upon project, install and/or replace parts, reprogram, test, and release for production. Prepare and submit reports related to performed services, as per procedure. * Visit customers to assess existing conditions at the plant for equipment installation. * Coordinate and guide third-party assembly teams, assign tasks, and provide necessary technical support to fulfill project requirements. * Monitor and evaluate physical progress of the project against scheduled timelines, identifying required actions to prevent delays. Inspect and approve completed work. * Coordinate and/or execute equipment start-up activities. * Arrange customer acceptance of project completion by presenting the delivery protocol. Suggest improvements to the assembly process. * Perform assembly operations. * Comply with company policies, procedures, and/or regulations regarding work processes, quality management systems, environment, health, safety, labor legislation, and safeguard documentation under one’s responsibility; maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Qualifications * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum experience in the field. * Knowledge of standard equipment, process bridges, and chain hoists. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. * Knowledge of frequency converters and inverters, NR's 01, 06, and 10 (mandatory); NR's 11 and 35 preferred. * Electronics knowledge preferred. * Industrial automation knowledge preferred. * Proficiency in Word and Outlook. * Valid driver’s license (Category B). * Up-to-date administrative routine practices.
