Proactivity and good communication **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Saturday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Cleaning and Maintenance Techniques * Proficiency in daily cleaning procedures for indoor environments (offices, restrooms, hallways, common areas). * Knowledge of floor, furniture, window, and surface sanitization methods. * Skill in proper collection, separation, and disposal of waste. * Handling of Cleaning Products and Equipment * Basic operation of domestic and professional cleaning equipment (brooms, mops, buckets, cloths, disinfectants, coffee makers, etc.). * Safe storage and maintenance of cleaning products and materials * Preparation and Organization of the Pantry * Routine Organization and Maintenance Tasks * Restocking hygiene supplies (toilet paper, soap). * Operational Support for Meetings and Events * Preparing meeting rooms and administrative areas. * Serving coffee and beverages during meetings. * Inventory Control of Supplies **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education * Experience in hospital or laboratory cleaning * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and willingness to learn and collaborate with the team. * Good communication skills and ability to work with others. * Commitment to meeting deadlines and fulfilling responsibilities. * Punctuality and attendance. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Daycare allowance, Internal benefits, Corporate cellphone, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
