PlayMais is your place.** **We are looking for an FTTH Installer Technician** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform installation and maintenance of optical fibers, FTTx, and GPON; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optical fiber network availability according to SLA; * Record service requests in the ticketing system; * Escalate cases to Level 2 support when necessary; * Guide customers and resolve their questions regarding service usage; * Deliver user training on system usage; * Ensure customer success and address specific service requirements; * Report operational failures and qualitative and quantitative indicators; **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Minimum Education: Completed or ongoing High School education; * Basic knowledge of IT and networking; * Valid driver's license (Category B); * Proactivity; Patience; Commitment; Desire for knowledge; * Skills in continuous improvement and process review; **The following qualifications will be considered advantageous:** * Experience in telecommunications or related services. **Additional Information** **What else you need to know:** * Working hours during standard business hours; * This is an on-site position in Manaus \- Therefore, candidates must reside in the area of operation. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; * Partial Medical Assistance; * Training and growth opportunities; * Transportation Voucher.
