Requirements: * Handle tools required for assembly and ensure they remain in proper working condition. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to enhance technical knowledge and keep up with recommended production practices. * Strictly comply with safety, occupational health, ergonomics, and environmental regulations, contributing to a safe working environment. * Perform workplace organization and cleaning tasks to ensure operational safety and efficiency. * Wash pallets, clean process containers, and any other production-related accessories. Support other production-related tasks and activities as needed and assigned by the supervisor. * Record operations in the system using barcode and/or QR code scanners. * Perform rework, disassembly, desoldering, and component replacement when required. * Conduct manual assembly and soldering as needed. * Perform component selection when necessary. * Assist in material counting; * Replenish workstations with materials; * Segregate/return products and boards for repair in the system; * Reflash firmware on circuit boards.
