




Job Summary: The PNLD Sales Consultant will promote and follow up on the National Textbook Program (PNLD) within public education networks, strengthen relationships with school administrators, and ensure adoption of educational solutions. The PNLD Sales Consultant will strategically promote and monitor the National Textbook Program (PNLD) in collaboration with public education networks. Their role is to strengthen relationships with school administrators (principals, pedagogical coordinators, and teachers), ensuring proximity, credibility, and effective adoption of FTD Educação’s educational solutions. Key Responsibilities * Conduct in-person and remote visits to public schools and education departments to present PNLD textbooks and solutions. * Maintain continuous engagement with principals, pedagogical coordinators, and teachers, serving as FTD’s regional point of contact. * Support the textbook selection process by providing clear, up-to-date, and FNDE/MEC guideline-aligned information. * Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for action within each territory. * Record and report activities in the CRM system to ensure activity tracking and outcome predictability. * Lead presentations, pedagogical meetings, and relationship-building events. * Collaborate with the consultant and management teams to achieve targets outlined in the PNLD calendar. * Support teacher mobilization, training, and capacity-building campaigns for effective use of textbooks. 2512250202491934918
