Atem is a technology company that provides innovative solutions to its clients. Focused on development and consulting, it consistently strives for excellence in its services. **Responsibilities:** Monitor the entry and exit of individuals, observing their movement in the main lobby, parking areas, and other facilities to identify them, thereby preventing unauthorized persons from entering or directing authorized individuals to their requested destinations. Receive and deliver mail and packages—typically small-sized items sent to occupants—and forward them to the intended recipients to prevent loss or other undesirable incidents. Maintain continuous front-desk operations and conduct ongoing surveillance of the premises. Turn garage lights on and off according to scheduled times and/or operational needs. Assist with internal garage security operations. Treat all property owners and visitors respectfully. Leave the front desk only with prior knowledge and authorization from the immediate supervisor to perform other duties. Carry out other responsibilities relevant to the position. Understand the environmental aspects and impacts associated with the activities and act daily to minimize such impacts. Previous experience as a Security Guard, Doorman, Access Controller, or Security Agent may indicate suitability for some of the tasks involved in this role. High school diploma required.
