Focus on refrigeration and air conditioning solutions **COMMERCIAL CONSULTANT – FIELD** **Job Description and Responsibilities** 1\. Responsible for **prospecting**, identifying and attracting new customers to the company, preparing proposals, following up on proposals, conducting field visits to clients, closing deals, negotiating with clients, and other related activities. 2\. Contact qualified leads via telephone calls, emails, and social media. Maintain an updated database of potential customer information and contact status. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on prospecting activities and achieved results. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. A degree in Commercial fields or related areas is a plus. Computer literacy, including Word and Excel. Experience as a Field Sales Representative. Strong commercial acumen and residence in Manaus. Daily activities include: * Strong verbal communication skills * Knowledge of market trends and innovations * Familiarity with sales techniques and customer approach * Attention to detail * Ability to perform calculations * Basic administrative knowledge * Problem analysis and solution-oriented mindset * Initiative * High emotional intelligence * Enjoyment of public-facing roles * Proactivity * Ability to work under pressure **Required Competencies:** Prospecting new customers, initiative, proactivity, commitment to assigned tasks, satisfactory interpersonal skills, results orientation, flexibility, and adaptability. **Job Type:** A practical test will be conducted first, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; upon completion, evaluation will determine eligibility for CLT employment + commission per closed contract. Contract Duration: Indefinite after probationary period.
