Router configuration and connection testing The Technical Assistant is responsible for providing technical support related to their area of expertise, assisting in task execution and problem resolution. This professional works under direct supervision, contributing to the smooth operation of team processes and projects. * Assist in internet service installation, including cable drop installation, fiber optic cable laying and securing; * Perform cable drop (fiber optic) installation and securing; * Support customer activation and organization at the CTO; * Assist in fiber splicing and fiber accommodation, as required; * Configure routers, ONT/ONU devices, and test connections; * Verify signal levels and conduct speed tests; * Identify and correct installation faults; * Organize internal cabling inside residential premises; * Guide customers on basic router usage; * Record service orders and information in the system; * Comply with safety regulations and safeguard equipment; * Perform other related duties as instructed.
