Promote excellence in visitor service and experience. **Description:** ---------------- **Work Modality:** On-site **Location:** Manaus, Amazonas **Contract Duration:** 12 months, with possibility of extension. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:45 PM **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and service standards. * Lead, guide, and develop operational teams. * Develop and manage work schedules, overtime banks, vacations, and team staffing. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs), proposing continuous improvement actions. * Plan and coordinate institutional visits, events, and special activities. * Conduct periodic meetings to align goals and track results. * Serve as the primary point of contact between Formel D and the client, ensuring fulfillment of contractual requirements. * Oversee suppliers and service providers, ensuring contract and service-level agreement compliance. * Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and Compliance regulations. * Promote excellence in visitor service and experience. * Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and team development processes. * Conduct operational incident analysis and oversee implementation of action plans. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations supervision or coordination. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. * Background in customer service operations, visitor centers, museums, events, hospitality, facilities management, or corporate operations. * Experience monitoring performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs). * Experience in client and supplier relationship management, and contract administration. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Knowledge of process management, preparation of managerial reports, and control of operational costs. * Familiarity with quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa Diagram, and 5 Whys). * Basic knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus.
