As an **Engineering Assistant**, you will be responsible for: * Monitoring and supporting the execution of building maintenance services; * Managing and organizing materials used in refrigeration, hydraulic, electrical, and civil areas; * Assisting in monitoring and updating service performance indicators; * Supporting the preparation of technical reports and records of activities performed; * Contributing to meeting deadlines, quality, and safety requirements in operations. **What You Need:** * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction; or * Undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering or Architecture underway (from the 5th semester onward); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Basic knowledge of construction materials; * Fundamental understanding of building maintenance processes.
