Job Summary: Inspect manufacturing processes and products to ensure quality in accordance with specifications and customer requirements, operating within the quality management system. Key Highlights: 1. Audit production processes and propose product and process improvements. 2. Conduct technical analyses of non-conforming products and qualitative inspections. 3. Actively participate in the continuous improvement program and quality management. Perform inspections on manufacturing processes and special examinations on products, following standards and/or engineering/planning instructions, aiming to ensure quality compliance with pre-established specifications and customer requirements. Operate within the quality management system by using established procedures and records. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Audit the production process and propose product and process improvements; * Audit the final product, performing dimensional verification and control of production batch samples; * Conduct technical analysis of non-conforming products based on specifications, verifying dimensional, visual, and functional aspects; perform qualitative inspection of raw materials, the production process, and intermediate products; qualitatively and quantitatively inspect final products; * Extract samples, prepare test specimens, and operate quality control laboratory testing equipment, analyzing products, recording results, and reporting findings; * May conduct internal audits of the quality system and management when trained for this activity; * May monitor process indicators together with the system responsible person; * Issue work instructions, procedures, and records to support continuous improvement of company activities; * Actively participate in the continuous improvement program by applying methodologies such as PDCA; * May register customer complaints in the Management System when trained for this activity; * Assist in controlling calibration of company instruments; * Purchase necessary laboratory materials to ensure continuity of activities; * Maintain order and preservation of tools, PPE, equipment, and materials, as well as ensure organization and cleanliness of the workplace and compliance with quality and occupational safety policies and regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical qualification in Quality or Quality Management; * Self-management of technical knowledge; * Commitment to the organization; * Teamwork and work organization. **Additional Information** * Food basket; * On-site meal; * Transportation allowance/chartered transportation; * POSA bonus; Are you passionate about innovation, commitment, and quality?
