We value curious professionals who constantly think about how to deliver the best possible outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and route documents related to clinical care processes. * Monitor authorizations, procedures, and high-cost materials. * Organize and maintain patient records. * Restock department-related supplies. * Conduct pre-audits of patient records. * Support administrative processes related to patient records. * Act as a responsible and conscious professional committed to achieving expected Excellence outcomes, ensuring behavior and conduct align with the institution’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. **Requirements and Qualifications** High School Diploma Nursing Technician (Preferred) Minimum experience in the role Strong interpersonal skills Effective communication skills **Additional Information** Salary: R$ 1.899,00 + 324.20 (Hazard Pay) Schedule: **Monday to Thursday** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and **Friday** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour break).
