We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for activities related to food organization and preparation, ensuring kitchen hygiene and proper operation. * Assist in dish preparation, including washing, cutting, and storing food; * Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following hygiene and safety standards; * Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment used; * Restock and organize kitchen supplies inventory; * Assist the chef with general tasks, such as plating dishes and executing recipes; * Dispose of waste properly and follow sustainability guidelines, if applicable.
