Job Summary: Manage the fleet, drivers, maintenance, fueling, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and reduction of operating costs. Key Highlights: 1. Cost reduction and resource optimization We are seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee the company’s vehicle operations, ensuring fleet availability, driver management, maintenance tracking, fueling, contract administration, and documentation—all with a focus on efficiency, safety, and cost reduction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and administer driver and facility attendance according to the established schedule, ensuring demand coverage for the area; * Plan and organize fleet daily operations, using resources rationally and efficiently to guarantee appropriate vehicle, product, and equipment availability; * Plan vehicle availability and utilization in accordance with operational demand; * Monitor fleet availability daily, ensuring vehicles are ready for operation; * Plan and organize driver shifts, working hours, and work locations; * Monitor driver routines, providing guidance on compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and proper vehicle usage; * Analyze and monitor fuel consumption, refueling activities, and mileage, identifying deviations and opportunities for cost reduction; * Manage and monitor preventive and corrective fleet maintenance; * Control vehicle documentation, including licensing, insurance, inspections, fines, and traffic violations; * Investigate, record, and track incidents involving vehicles, such as damages, accidents, fines, and insurance claims; * Manage fleet-related contracts, including leasing, maintenance, fueling, and other associated services; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures, fleet policies, and safety regulations; * Monitor signage, maintenance, and organization of fleet yards and related facilities; * Safeguard company assets by ensuring security, preservation, and proper use; * Prepare operational fleet reports covering vehicle utilization, costs, fuel consumption, availability, and incidents; * Support internal and external audits related to fleet management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in operational fleet management; * Proven experience managing fleet contracts (mandatory); * Knowledge of fueling control and fuel consumption monitoring; * Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance; * Driver’s License Category B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); * Willingness to perform operational tasks and conduct field supervision. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with fleet management systems and telematics; * Experience with cost control and performance indicators (fleet KPIs); * Experience managing drivers and operational teams; * Knowledge of traffic legislation and transportation regulations; * Experience with vehicle leasing contracts and supplier management; * Analytical, organized profile with strong focus on cost reduction. **Additional Information** * **Transportation Allowance (VT)** ensuring mobility and peace of mind for commuting between home and work; * **Meal Allowance (VR)** for greater convenience in daily life; * **Monthly food basket**, contributing to food security; * **Health insurance plan**, offering enhanced health security and care; * **14th-month salary**, as additional recognition; * **15th-month salary**, valuing employee performance and commitment.
