Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Education: Elementary school; * Knowledge or experience in civil maintenance activities such as masonry, painting, plumbing, metalwork, carpentry, and others; * Knowledge of basic predictive maintenance procedures under supervision; * Driver’s license category B. Desirable Requirements: * Proven experience in civil maintenance activities; * Experience in carpentry or metalwork activities; * Driver’s license category D. * Perform general maintenance activities involving masonry, painting, flooring, cladding, structural repairs, metalwork, roofing, and hydraulic installations, using chemical products and correctly handling safety equipment as stipulated by current legislation. Comply with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards at all locations under the concessionaire’s responsibility; * Ensure maintenance, organization, and preservation of equipment, tools, and materials for individual and collective tasks; * Assist in controlling the inventory of tools and materials required for civil works, promptly informing the immediate supervisor whenever replenishment and/or replacement is needed to prevent interruptions in scheduled activities; * Assist in assembling scaffolding, barriers, and signage to ensure safe execution of work. Assist in structural inspections, identifying and reporting irregularities; * Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, complying with current safety regulations to maintain machinery, equipment, and general civil installations; * Perform work at heights and in confined spaces, complying with safety regulations for corrective and preventive maintenance of roofs, gutters, façades, water tanks, sewage and stormwater galleries, and areas beneath platforms at all locations under the concessionaire’s responsibility; * Supervise services performed by third-party companies, providing necessary information and assistance to the responsible technician; * Clean and organize the work area during and after service execution, disposing of waste in appropriate locations. 2512290202491772701
