




* Provide in-person and phone service for client accounts from Branches and Unimed National Central. **Responsibilities and duties** * Receive and evaluate requests for authorizations of consultations, exams, hospitalizations, extensions, requirements, and Unimed Transaction Protocol (PTU), complying with deadlines established by the National Exchange Manual. * Register beneficiary requests, such as general complaints, plan cancellation requests, and general inquiries (call recording, medical form, etc.), thereby complying with current legislation. * Record appointments and protocols according to script. * Arrange release and unblocking of service forms, meeting predefined quality standards for service and information registration. * Provide courteous, objective, and high-quality service, observing service time for recording consultations, information, or complaints, aiming for customer satisfaction. **Requirements and qualifications** * Pursuing higher education in Hospital Management, Administration, or related fields is desirable. * Experience in healthcare customer service. * Office suite proficiency. **Additional information** * Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 17:30 * On-site * Transportation allowance * Meal on site We are responsible for the national operation of health plans under the Unimed brand.
