Developing PCMSO and PGR A furniture manufacturing and sales company seeks an Occupational Safety Technician in Manaus. **Responsibilities:** Conduct occupational safety inspections, evaluating physical conditions of the workplace, machinery and equipment, as well as procedures adopted by employees, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Identify the need for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) acquisition and manage inventory, notifying the procurement department when replenishment is required. Inspect, register, and distribute fire extinguishers; monitor emergency systems (hydrants and alarms); and verify expiration dates of charges. Send equipment for external inspection to ensure they remain in perfect condition for use during emergencies. Develop the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO) and the Risk Management Program (PGR) for the company. Previous experience as a Safety Engineer, Safety Analyst, Safety Coordinator, or Safety Consultant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position.
