




* Develop, implement, and monitor operational, asset, and transportation risk management policies and procedures; Supervise and enhance claim, damage, theft, and accident management processes, ensuring reduction of incidents and costs; Analyze and interpret safety- and risk-related performance indicators, proposing corrective and preventive action plans; Manage monitoring and escort teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols; Conduct route, customer, and operational risk analyses based on geographic and historical data; Maintain relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and public security agencies to optimize coverage and indemnification processes; Coordinate internal and external audits related to risk and compliance; Develop and train operational teams in risk prevention and management practices; Prepare managerial reports and present results to senior leadership. * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Risk Management, or related fields; Proven experience in risk management within the road freight transportation sector; Knowledge of transportation legislation, insurance, asset security, and fleet management; Proficiency in vehicle monitoring and tracking tools; Skills in data analysis, decision-making, and management of multidisciplinary teams; Experience with audits and safety certifications (e.g., ISO, SASSMAQ, PGR, etc.) is desirable; Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.
