Ensure the team is prepared for Gate reviews. * Execute the project plan to meet milestones, schedules, KPIs, and the Project Charter. Proactively identify and overcome barriers and obstacles. * Monitor and control. Track, review, and adjust project progress and performance. Proactively prevent schedule delays or budget overruns. * Closure.
