




The Reception Assistant is responsible for providing courteous and discreet customer service, performing check-ins and check-outs, controlling guest entry and exit flow, maintaining reception organization, and contributing to the smooth operation of the motel's administrative and operational routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Attend to guests in person, by phone, or intercom with discretion and professionalism; * Carry out guest check-in and check-out procedures (check-in/check-out); * Record charges and register information in the management system; * Receive payments in cash, by card, or other methods; * Monitor suite occupancy and communicate with other departments (cleaning, maintenance, kitchen, etc.); * Ensure confidentiality and secrecy of guest information; * Assist in cash reconciliation and shift reporting; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment; * Comply with internal safety, service, and professional conduct policies. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Previous experience in reception, customer service, or similar roles (preferred); * Basic computer skills; * Good communication, discretion, efficiency, and responsibility; * Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays. **Desirable Competencies:** * Friendliness and empathy; * Attention to detail; * Ability to work under pressure; * Team spirit; * Professional ethics and confidentiality.
