If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Study and develop expertise in molten plastic transformation processes via extrusion; * Participate in performance review meetings (quality, production, and safety targets), contributing to discussions on deviations and preparing Corrective Action Reports (CARs); * Support planning and execution of unit-level improvement projects; * Contribute to planning interventions and improvements on production lines through data collection and analysis; * Analyze process conditions, results, deviations, and failures, proposing appropriate solutions; * Conduct product, composition, and raw material testing, reporting, and validation; * Analyze and manage CARs related to raw material quality issues, when required; * Critically prepare and monitor weekly and monthly production closure CARs; * Analyze and develop action plans to improve performance indicators, availability, quality, and safety; * Lead strategic business improvement projects; * Continuously refine methods, procedures, work instructions, and process control sheets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Production Engineering. * Advanced English and Excel proficiency. * SAP system knowledge preferred. * Industrial experience. * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** * Health insurance for employees and dependents * Dental insurance for employees and dependents * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * On-site meals * Food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance With nearly half a century in the market, **Valgroup** has established itself as a reference in plastic production, transformation, and recycling, with strategically located facilities across Brazil and worldwide.
