A professional to administratively and academically-scientifically organize the course, supporting faculty members and monitoring activities for course development.

**OBJECTIVE**
To ensure administrative and academically-scientific organization, guided by institutional directives (PDI), policies (PPI), and pedagogical guidelines (PPC), and to provide academic-pedagogical support to faculty members.
**REQUIREMENTS**
PROFESSIONAL TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Completed postgraduate specialization (Lato Sensu) and/or graduate degree (Stricto Sensu)
Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Monitor the execution of scheduled activities, as well as faculty and student attendance;
* Submit, semiannually, a report on coordination activities to the Course Council and the Directorate;
* Periodically evaluate course activities and programs, as well as students and teaching and non-teaching staff assigned to the course;
* Propose or submit proposals, per the Bylaws, for establishing sequential courses, technology courses, and developing research projects, extension programs, or extracurricular, cultural, or sports events;
* Define class schedules for each semester of the course;
* Set examination dates for students, aligned with the academic calendar, as administered by faculty;
* Coordinate tutoring activities, including conducting selection processes and defining seminar presentation schedules for tutors;
* Register faculty schedules in the RM system;
* Establish annual goal plans aligned with PCC, PPC, and DCN requirements;
* Increase student enrollment and reduce dropout rates;
* Plan and organize conferences in the course’s field;
* Monitor the number of classes taught by course faculty;
* Coordinate class allocation for the course with Academic Supervision;
* Comply with and enforce the General Bylaws and/or MIDDI, as well as applicable ISO9001 and ISO14001 requirements.
Working Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00; Sat 08:00–12:00
