Monitor and manage the entry and exit of individuals, vehicles, and objects. Prevent or identify attempts at property crimes (theft, robbery, or vandalism) and notify police or appropriate authorities in case of risk. Ensure general security of the restaurant’s external area while maintaining a welcoming and attentive posture toward the public, guaranteeing a calm and safe environment. Perform doorman duties when required, controlling the flow of people and vehicles entering and exiting.
