Contribution to the sustainable development of communities We are seeking a Rural Microfinance Agent who will be responsible for prospecting, serving, and monitoring rural entrepreneurs, offering guided productive credit and ensuring portfolio quality. Working externally, conducting on-site visits, preparing proposals, and providing continuous customer support, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of served communities. **Responsibilities and Activities:** Organize meetings, gatherings, and lectures to promote Cactvs’s initiatives, products, and services. Receive and forward proposals. Conduct follow-up, guidance, and capacity-building visits to rural microentrepreneurs served by Cactvs; Prepare assessments and reports on rural microentrepreneurship ventures served by Cactvs; Participate in microfinance-related events within the Agent’s operational region, with a focus on rural areas; Maintain relationships with partner entities (rural unions, rural associations, SENAR, state and municipal governments) to promote and develop Cactvs’s rural initiatives. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Completed or currently completing a Technical Education program in Agriculture, Agricultural Technician, Animal Husbandry Technician, or related fields, with active registration in the respective professional council; Own vehicle; Valid Driver’s License Category A or B **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:** **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week | On-site (100%) **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour break); Saturday: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM **Salary:** R$ 2.838,73 **Hazard Pay (30% of Base Salary):** R$ 851,61 **Benefits:** **Meal + Food Allowance:** R$ 1.000,00 Vehicle Depreciation Reimbursement **Fuel Allowance:** R$ 600,00 **Health Insurance:** Amil (Copart) **Dental Insurance:** Amil Life Insurance Profit Sharing (PLR) Day Off Clude + Totalpass Cactvs Educa (50% scholarship) **Selection Process Stages:** Interview with HR; Offer Letter; Interview with Manager; Behavioral Profile Assessment.
